· Collaborating Partners: ASPEN (local nonprofit) and a group of Edison parents, PEACH -- parents of children with autism. The Edison Township Council passed a resolution supporting these groups.
· Project Focus: The library is expanding library resources and doing programs in the schools for children with autism and informational programs for the community. The parent group included a signed petition of support for the Edison PL’s application.

Meetings
On April 23, 2008, Alex Freer, Co-Founder of "Key to Me Therapy", will speak about this powerful auditory stimulation program which is designed to improve auditory processing, language acquisition, speech, anc communication.
While the adults are attending this seminar, their children will be creating a quilt in a special children's program.
